Paul J. Weeber of Bensalem, Pennsylvania died Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Allegria at The Oaks. He was 84 years old. Paul was born October 17, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Paul Weeber and the late Anna Weeber (nee - Eisele). He is the beloved husband of Alyce Weeber (nee - Downey); father of William Weeber and his wife Jen, Margaret Sloan, and Patrick Weeber and his wife Jen; grandfather of Jason, Rachel, Patrick, Katelyn, Kelly, and Kimberly; great grandfather of Cole.

Paul was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia where he graduated from Roman Catholic High School in 1952. He knew Alyce Downey from the neighborhood and married her on June 27, 1953. He took classes at Murrell Dobbins Technical High School in the city as technical training for his work as a tool maker. He worked for many years as a tool maker in manufacturing, finishing his working career with the Delp Corporation. Paul entered the United States Navy in July of 1955 and served until his honorable discharge in June of 1959. He received a Good Conduct Medal during his service. He was a long-time member of the Lawndale Baptist Church.

Paul loved bowling and played on teams and in leagues as long as he was able to. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles fan. He will be remembered as a wonderful father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He was an adoring and faithful husband to Alyce for 65 years. He was a kind gentleman.

Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Saturday, January 26, 2019 from 10:30 A.M. and memorial service at 11:00 A.M. followed by military honors rendered by the United States Navy at Lawndale Baptist Church, 6433 Lawndale Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.

Religious services were conducted by Rev. Matthew Campbell and Rev. Robert Ramsay former pastors of Lawndale Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Lawndale Baptist Church - Memorial Fund, 6433 Lawndale Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
