Eileen Grebe of Southampton, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, March 10, 2020 at Personal Care at The Park. She was 81 years old. Eileen was born July 17, 1938 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Carl William Mann and the late Olga Mann (nee - Milke). She is the beloved wife of the late William A. Grebe; mother of Nancy Staiber and her husband Patrick and John Grebe and his wife Mary; grandmother of Patrick, Ryan, Christopher Staiber, Matthew, Kristen, Thomas, and Nicole Grebe; sister of Janice Murset and her husband Robert.
Eileen was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. She was a graduate of Olney High School. Bill and Eileen met on a blind date set up by mutual friends. They fell in love and were married in 1963 at Tabor Lutheran Church in Philadelphia. Eileen loved to play bridge and made the best cookies. She was a longtime member of the Slipper Club.
Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Saturday, March 14, 2020 from 9:30 A.M. and funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at Gloria Dei Church, 570 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Her graveside service followed at Sunset Memorial Park, 333 West County Line Road, Feasterville, PA 19053.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. Dr. Karyn L. Wiseman from Gloria Dei Church.
