Carol M. Hart of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Holy Redeemer Hospital Hospice. She was 70 years old. Carol was born September 22, 1947 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Frederick Henry Weiss and the late Margaret Weiss (nee - Moeller). She is the beloved wife of the late Michael F. Hart Jr.; mother of Tammy Crabtree and her husband Kenny; grandmother of Riley Crabtree; sister of Joan Fabry and her husband Rudy; aunt of Eric Fabry and his wife Aisa.
She graduated from Kensington High School for Girls in 1965 and was a long time member of St. James Lutheran Church.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Monday, June 4, 2018 from 9:30 A.M. and funeral service at 10:30 A.M. at St. James Lutheran Church, 5185 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124. Her graveside service followed at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Road, Roslyn, PA 19001.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. Robert Cook, pastor of St. James Lutheran Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. James Lutheran Church, 5185 Castor Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19124.
