Ruth Ann Hamilton of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook, PA. She was 54 years old. Ruth Ann was born August 12, 1964, the daughter of Laura Kammerle (nee - Seibel) and the late Albert G. Kammerle. She is the beloved wife of Stanton Hamilton; mother of Kevin, Brian, and Kaitlyn Hamilton; sister of Albert Kammerle and his wife Susan, George Kammerle and his wife Anne, and Carl Kammerle and his wife Josephine. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews, and their families.
Ruth Ann was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia, where she was a graduate of George Washington High School and the Frankford Hospital Penn State School of Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse at Holy Redeemer Hospital in Meadowbrook, PA for thirty years and was a life long member of Gloria Dei Church. In her leisure time she enjoyed quilting.
Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Saturday, September 8, 2018 from 9:00 A.M. and to her memorial service at 11:30 A.M. at Gloria Dei Church, 570 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
Religious services were conducted by Dr. Karyn Wiseman, pastor of Gloria Dei Church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Hamilton Children’s Education Fund, C/O Gloria Dei Church, 570 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.
