Robert J. "Buffer" Schoenfellinger of Dresher, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, December 4, 2018. He was 65 years old. Buffer was born March 24, 1953 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Rudolph Michael Schoenfellinger and the late Doris I. Schoenfellinger (nee - Benson). He is the beloved husband of Jackie (nee Foisy) Schoenfellinger; devoted father of Crystal Burke and her husband Kris and Shelby Rodriguez and her husband Matt; grandfather of Layla, Shawna, and Ryan Robert; Buffer was also survived by his previous wives Beverly Raimondi and Donna Madden. Brother of the late Michael J. Schoenfellinger and the late Renee D. Kinee; uncle of Becky Schoenfellinger, Bob Kinee, and Nicole Kinee; great uncle of Vivian Landis.
Buffer was strong to the end and, as he would say, “The coolest dude you know”.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing on Saturday, December 8, 2018 from 1:00 P.M. and funeral service at 3:00 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, Office of Institutional Advancement, 125 S. 9th Street, Suite 600, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
