Ruth Quinn Crotts, of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania died Monday, March 11, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was 82 years old. Ruth was born on December 30, 1936 in Philadelphia, PA. She was the daughter of the late Vincent Quinn and the late Harriet Quinn Sparango (nee - Manning).  She is the beloved wife of Donald Lippy and the late George H. Crotts Jr. to whom she was married for 45 years; mother of Cynthia Rasmussen and her husband Roald, George Crotts III and his wife Karin, Gary Crotts, and Lynn Dick and her husband Jeff; step-mother of Jessica Lippy and Joanne Titcomb; grandmother of Kyle, Timothy, Haley, Kaela, Andrew, Nathan, Arwen, Zachary, Naomi, and McKenzie, and Marshall; sister of Joan Walsh, Jimmy Sparango, Billy Sparango, and Betty Jane Barrett, the late Harriet Romeo, the late Robert Quinn, the late Vincent Quinn, and the late Ralph Sparango.

Ruth was a member of Church of the Open Door in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. She was also very involved with the Willow Grove Volunteer Fire Company through her late husband George’s more than 50 years of volunteer service.

Relatives and friends were invited to receive the family on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. with a funeral service following at 11:00 A.M. at Church of the Open Door, 1260 Fort Washington Avenue, Fort Washington, PA 19034. A graveside service followed at Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Church of the Open Door, 1260 Fort Washington Avenue, Fort Washington, PA 19034 or the Willow Grove Volunteer Fire Company, 227 Davisville Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
