Joseph J. Roselli of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 97 years old. Joseph was born July 4, 1921 in Philadephia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Frank Roselli and the late Josephine Roselli (nee - DiGiagomo). He is the beloved husband of the late Anna Mae Roselli; loving father of Joanne P. Roselli.

Joseph was born, raised and educated in Philadelphia. He grew up in the Port Richmond section of the city and was a 1939 graduate of Northeast High School. He was drafted into the United States Army in October of 1942 and served honorably during the Second World War in the South Pacific. He received his discharge in October of 1945. Joseph married Anna Mae Schultz, a niece of one of his Army buddies, on May 3, 1947. The two moved to the Northeast section of Philadelphia where they would go on to raise their daughter. Joseph was employed in the diamond room in the industrial abrasives industry. After retirement, he went back to work as security at the Philadelphia Racquet Club retiring again at the age of 86. In his free time Joseph enjoyed bowling, reading, Italian food and opera, and spending time with family and friends.

Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M. at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 321 Witmer Road, Horsham, PA 19044. Military honors rendered by the United States Army and his graveside service followed at St. John Neumann Cemetery, 3797 County Line Road, Chalfont, PA 18914.

Religious services were conducted by Rev. Joseph F. Rymdeika from St. Catherine of Siena Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Catherine of Siena Church, 321 Witmer Road, Horsham, PA 19044.
