Ralph Christopher "Chris" Capone of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died suddenly on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at his home. He was 39 years old. Chris was born December 23, 1979 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Ralph “Dick” R. Capone and the late Catherine E. Capone (nee - Buckley). He is the beloved brother of Anna Marie Capone; father of Juliet Rose Capone; and the loving soul mate of Jennifer Capaldi.
Chris was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. He was a graduate of Lincoln High School. Chris was able to see much of the United States as an Over-the-Road Truck driver for J & R Schugel Trucking Inc. He was an avid Philadelphia Sports fan, rooting for the Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, and 76ers. Chris loved to spend his free time hanging out with his family and friends.
Relatives and friends were invited to his viewing on Saturday, February 23, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. and funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. The visitation and service were held concurrent with his cousin Bobby Adams, who passed away suddenly on February 4, 2019.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. Robert C. Tomlinson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Keystone Hospice House, 8765 Stenton Avenue, Wyndmoor, PA 19038. Keystone Hospice was a great assistance to the Capone family when their loved ones needed them for Chris’ parents.
