Marie Elizabeth DeMarzio of Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at her home. She was 24 years old. Marie was born October 30, 1994 in Abington, Pennsylvania, daughter of Joseph John DeMarzio and Ann Margaret DeMarzio (nee - Coyle). She is the beloved sister of Joseph C. DeMarzio and his wife Kathleen, Nicholas E. DeMarzio, Diana R. DeMarzio, and Olivia A. DeMarzio. She is also survived by her paternal grandfather Nicholas R. DeMarzio, loving aunts and uncles, cousins, dogs Mack and Mallory, and boyfriend Robert Ellzey.

Marie was a graduate of St. Hilary of Poitiers School, Abington High School and recently of Penn State University. She loved being with her friends and family, had a great sense of humor, and a bubbly personality.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. Relatives and friends were also invited to her viewing on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 10:00 A.M. at St. Hilary of Poitiers Church, 820 Susquehanna Road, Rydal, PA 19046. Her graveside service followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 West Cheltenham Avenue, Cheltenham, PA 19038.

Religious services were conducted by Fr. Kevin P. Murray, pastor of St. Hilary of Poitiers Church.
