John Franklin Stead of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Abington Hospital Jefferson Health. He was 85 years old. John was born January 30, 1934 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, son of the late Joseph Stead and the late Anne Stead (nee - Whitrock). He is the beloved husband of Shirley Stead; father of Richard Stead, Daniel Stead and his wife Karla, Donna Woywod and her husband Rick, Nancy Gilbert, Franklin Stead, and the late Janice Stead; grandfather of five; brother of five; he is also survived by a loving extended family.
