Helen H. Pawko of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania died Monday, March 25, 2019 at St. John Neumann Center. She was 96 years old. Helen was born June 10, 1922 in Biberach an der Riss, Germany, daughter of the late Mr. and late Mrs. Henry Stahl. She is the beloved wife of the late Ilko Pawko; mother of Joseph H. Pawko and his wife Marybeth Daley, and Helen L. Playford and her husband Timothy; grandmother of Kaitlin and Joseph C. Pawko, and Kyra Ann and Shane Phillip Playford; sister of the late William Stahl, the late Lola Earnst, the late Rita Wagenblast, and the late Alfred Stahl.
Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Thursday, March 28, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. and Funeral Mass at 10:30 A.M. at St. John Neumann Center, 10400 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19115. Her graveside service followed at Lawnview Cemetery, 500 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.
Religious services were conducted by Fr. Cossavella from St. John Neumann Center.
