Jacqueline A. Adamczyk of Collegeville, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at her home. She was 58 years old. Jacqueline was born July 19, 1961 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Leonard J. Adamczyk and the late Antoinette Adamczyk (nee - Falicka). She is the beloved domestic partner of Sandy Slavin.
Over the years Jackie worked as administrative staff in the office of Dr. John Glick at the University of Pennsyvania’s Abramson Cancer Center where she was most recently a charitable event manager for the Jay Sigel Invitational Golf Outing.
Sandy would like to express special thanks to the University of Pennsylvania Hospice and Palliative Care departments for their devoted attention and assistance to him and to Jackie.
Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Monday, August 19, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. Her Funeral Mass took place on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111 followed by a graveside service at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020.
Religious services were conducted by St. Cecilia Church, 535 Rhawn Street, Philadelphia, PA 19111.
