Naomi S. Ervin of Warrington, Pennsylvania died Saturday, August 31, 2019 at her home. She was 77 years old. Naomi was born February 15, 1942 in Abington, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Wilbur W. Stranahan and the late Ruth Stranahan (nee - Coffin). She is the loving mother of Ruth Ervin and her husband Steve Johnson, Susan Wenzke and her husband Joseph, and Teri Mazonson and her husband Adam; grandmother of Darrienn Wenzke and his fiancee Anastasia Clare, Baylah Mazonson, Benjamin Wenzke, Parker Wenzke, Emma Wenzke, Tema Mazonson, and Naomi Johnson; Sister of Patricia Landis, and Barbara Moyer and her husband Noel, the late Henry and the late William Stranahan.

Naomi lived in New Jersey, in her early years, until the family moved to Huntingdon Valley, PA. She was a graduate of Lower Moreland High School. Naomi raised her family in Doylestown, PA. She loved gardening, cooking, baking, sewing, and quilting. She was active donating handmade bags for walkers, sharing her talents. Naomi shared her love of Philadelphia Sports with her grandkids and enjoyed watching the games surrounded by family. She vacationed in Ocean City, NJ and loved the Jersey shore. She will be greatly missed by her family which she was always there for and helped whenever needed.

Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 1:00 P.M. and funeral service at 2:00 P.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.

Religious services were conducted by Rev. Owen Griffiths, 4150 Woodhaven Road, Philadelphia, PA 19149.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to St. Christopher’s Foundation for Children, 1800 JFK Boulevard, Suite 1550, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
