Barbara J. Gramm, of Meadowbrook, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at Holy Redeemer Hospital. She was 86 years old. Born on March 21, 1940, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Barbara was the beloved daughter of the late Frank Gramm and the late Stella Gramm (nee Irla).

Barbara was born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia. She was employed for many years by Erno Products in Philadelphia and later worked part-time in real estate. A woman of deep faith, Barbara was a devoted Catholic and a longtime parishioner of St. Albert the Great Church in Huntingdon Valley. She found great comfort and joy in reading, especially the Bible, which remained a cherished part of her daily life.

Barbara was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Albert Gramm, Dewey Gramm, Raymond Gramm, Lori Gramm, Jean Garvey, and Kathleen Radomski. She is lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews: Kenneth Radomski; Lisa Cermanski and her husband, Steven; Gerald Radomski; Sharon Radomski; Jennifer Radomski; Robert Garvey; as well as her late niece and nephews, Joannie Crocker and her late husband, Jim, Barbara Ann Gramm, and Thomas Garvey. She is also survived by seven great-nieces and great-nephews, all of whom she treasured.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Friday, July 10, 2026, from 9:00 to 9:30 A.M. at St. Albert the Great Church, 212 Welsh Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006. Her Funeral Mass began at 9:45 A.M. Religious services were celebrated by Rev. Robert B. McDermott. Interment followed at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 3301 West Cheltenham Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19150.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to St. Joseph's Manor - Redeemer Health System, 521 Moredun Road, Huntingdon Valley, PA 19006.

Barbara will be remembered for her quiet faith, gentle spirit, devotion to her family, and the strength and comfort she found in God's Word. May her memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
