Diana L. Szostak of Dresher, Pennsylvania passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Jefferson Abington Hospital. She was 78 years old. Diana was born October 28, 1945 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Amos Homer Krewson and the late Anna May Krewson (nee - Lomas). She is the beloved wife of John Szostak Jr.; mother of Frank Lancaster, Peter Lancaster, and David Lancaster and his wife Eileen; grandmother of Ryan, Sarah, and Andrew; sister of Herbert Krewson and his wife Lynda and the late Homer Krewson. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
Diana was born in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia and the family later moved to Huntingdon Valley, PA. She was educated in the Abington School District attending Cedar Road School and a graduate of Abington Junior and Senior High Schools.
Relatives and friends were invited to her visitation on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M. and funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. William Rex from Trinity Church, Oxford.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Temple Health Institutional Advancement - Lung Center, PO Box 2890, New York, NY 10116-2890.
