Barbara Ann (Schuck) Harrar of Hatboro, Pennsylvania died Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Commonwealth Senior Living, Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. She was 90 years old. Barbara was born June 2, 1935, in Germantown, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Harry Albert Schuck and the late Barbara Ann Schuck (nee- Liese). She was wife of the late Frank Worth Harrar; mother of Michael Harrar and his wife Beverley, Miriam Muller and her husband Robert, Frances Buckley and her husband Kevin, and Matthew Harrar; grandmother of six, great grandmother of four.
Barbara was born, raised, and educated in Horsham. She was a Majorette for Hatboro-Horsham High School where she graduated in 1953. She met her husband, Frank, while taking the bus to school. The two were wed in 1955 at Calvary Presbyterian Church where she has been a longtime member.
She worked as a Sales Associate for Sears and Roebuck Co. for over 25 years. She was active in her church and enjoyed her circle of friends at Bible Study and her lunch group.
A private family burial was held at the Whitemarsh Memorial Park, 1151 Horsham Road, Ambler, PA 19002.
Religious services were conducted by Rev. Angel Gomez from Calvary Presbyterian Church, 405 North Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to SPCA of Montgomery County, 19 East Ridge Pike, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
