Lewis Stephen "Lew, Lewis" Cousins of Levittown, Pennsylvania died Saturday, July 19, 2025 at Jefferson Torresdale Hospital. He was 46 years old. Lew, Lewis was born October 25, 1978 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, son of Wayne Cousins and Susan MacKissic Ackerman. He is the beloved father of Hailey, Riley, and Emma Cousins; brother of Jacob cousins, Julina Butterworth, and Allison Doneker.
Lewis dedicated 30 years of his life to his craft as a hardworking and devoted concrete mason. His skill and passion did not go unnoticed—those who worked alongside him respected his talent.
Lewis was not only a man of great work ethic but also one of deep love. He cherished music and time with his children, and he would go to any length to care for those he loved. In his younger years, he sang and played guitar in a band and continued to enjoy playing music for others up until his passing. His sense of humor effortless, his quick wit was magnetic and his presence unforgettable.
He will be missed dearly by his brother, Jacob Cousins, and his two sisters, Allison Doneker and Julina Butterworth who have loved and supported both him and his children.
Relatives and friends were invited to his visitation on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 10:30 to 11:15 A.M. and memorial service at 11:15 A.M. at Calvary Chapel, 13500 Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19116. Interment was private.
Religious services were conducted by Pastor Ray Holmes from Calvary Chapel, 13500 Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19116.
