The following obituary was written by Barbara’s family.

Barbara Ann Huber of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania died Tuesday, October 14, 2025.. She was 67 years old. Barbara was born March 3, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late William C. Huber and the late Gloria M. Huber (nee - Hyde). She is the beloved sister to Carolyn Magiera (husband Stephen), and their children Steve (Rhianna), Michael, Daniel, and Matthew (Colleen), and their grandsons Jake, Ryan, and Evan. She is also survived by her late sister Lorrie (husband Gene) children, Mark (Michelle), Kelly (Joe)

Barb was predeceased by her sister, the late Lorrie and her brother, the late Billy.

Barbara graduated from Abington High School in 1976. She went to Montgomery County Community College to Pursue an Associate’s Degree in Legal Assistance.

Barbara worked at PNC Bank and then the Federal Prosecutor’s Office in Philadelphia. She worked until she retired.

She was content with the simple things. She watched and bet on golf with her brother in law Stephen and she especially loved Philadelphia sports, watching the Food Network, and shopping on QVC. She loved her nieces and nephews.

Barbara also has a love of bird watching, cardinals being a particular favorite. She even collected cardinal figurines.

Barb loved traveling. Her and her mom went to the National State Parks, Hawaii, Europe, South Carolina, Florida, and California. She dedicated 50 years of her life caring for our family. My mom, aunt Doris, our grandmother and our brother. She was a true caregiver for her loved ones. She always thought of others before herself.

Relatives and friends were invited to her viewing on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. and funeral service at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 419 Huntingdon Pike, Rockledge, PA 19046. Religious services were conducted by Rev. Owen Griffiths.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to American Cancer Society, PO Box 970, Fort Washington, PA 19034.
