Ronald “Ron” DiRocco, of Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Jefferson Abington Hospital. He was 74 years old. Ron was born on March 13, 1951, in Abington, Pennsylvania, and was the beloved son of the late Renato DiRocco and the late Angelina DiRocco (née Riolli). He was born, raised, and educated in Abington and was a proud graduate of Abington High School.
Ron was the devoted father of Nicholas (Rachelle) DiRocco and Michael (Anna) DiRocco. He was predeceased by his parents and his brother, Lucien DiRocco.
A hardworking and dedicated businessman, Ron owned and operated Ron DiRocco Roofing and Siding for many years, serving his community with pride and integrity.
Ron had a deep love for Philadelphia sports, especially the Phillies and the Eagles, and cherished time spent watching games with his sons. He was an excellent cook who found joy in the kitchen, preparing fresh pasta, hearty soups, and delicious desserts for family and friends. He also enjoyed tending to his garden, where he took great pride in growing vegetables, and spending time on the golf course, particularly at Alverthorpe Park.
Ron will be fondly remembered as a devoted son who lovingly cared for his mother on a daily basis for many years. He will also be dearly missed by his beloved neighbor, Joe, and Joe’s family, who were an important part of his life.
