Christopher Glenn Shaw of Horsham, Pennsylvania died peacefully on March 1, 2026 at the age of 54 and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus.
He was born on March 7, 1971 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania to Glenn and the late Lucille Shaw. Christopher was the loving husband of Jill, and devoted father to Ryan (Kristen), Zach (Chloe), Alex (Sarah) and Emily (Justin), and grandfather to Casper and soon to be baby boy Silas due in July 2026. He was also the loving brother to Naomi (Ryan), Becky (Russell), and Dan. He is also survived by his in-laws Gary and Roberta Crim, many nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as his cat Ellie who loved him dearly.
He graduated from Hatboro Horsham High School. He later attended DeVry University at the age of 38 and he and his family were super proud of his associate’s degree in Information Technology he received at the age of 40.
Christopher worked for Comcast Business for 14 years. He absolutely loved working for this company. While he was with the company he had received many awards and recognition which were amazing accomplishments. This job was a dream come true and a real blessing to him.
Christopher loved to play and go to his son's baseball games growing up. That was a true passion he had was seeing them happy and doing what they loved to do playing baseball.
He loved going to the beach, Hershey Park, Elmwood Park Zoo and lunch dates with his wife and daughter, talking to his son and grandson on video calls, watching and making youtube videos and his online church services, listening to his Christian and Elvis Presley music, and spending time with his wife who was the love of his life.
He was a kind hearted man who would always see the good in others and would give the shirt off his back in making sure people were taken care of.
Christopher will be deeply missed by his family, friends, coworkers and his precious cat Ellie.
Relatives and friends are invited to his memorial service on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Wetzel and Son Funeral Home, 501 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Please wear blue, his favorite color.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Breathing Room Foundation, 8310 Brookside Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027.
